Camp 110

Basketball

Come experience the fundamentals of the game of basketball. Daily activities will be geared toward improving each athlete’s skills. The days will include a positive environment to excite kids about the game of basketball. Sessions will include a variety of skill instruction including: shooting, passing, dribbling, and much more.

Tennis

Emphasis will be on learning the proper mechanics of the stroke, how to approach the ball, how to recover and be ready for the next shot. This will be accomplished in a drill setting and through games to help the student learn quickly.

Speed & Agility

Teach and improve proper mechanics of running form. Improve first-step reaction time and eliminate the false step backwards. Teach proper mechanics of agility based drills to be able to change directions quickly. Improve quickness and coordination with ladders and hurdles. Overall, come out to have an enjoyable time, meet new friends, and get some exercise in.

Volleyball

Each day, the campers will focus on a new volleyball skill. The campers will learn the proper techniques to play the game on a very basic/beginner level. As a group, they will work with partners to learn the daily skill hands-on and then go into more practice in a group setting. For the last 20 minutes in each session, Coach Geiger will develop a game that focuses solely on the skill learned that day.
